COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT & PARTNERSHIPS

At Vann Rayeux, relationships are the foundation of everything we build. As a Community Engagement & Partnerships Intern, you’ll play a key role in cultivating meaningful connections — supporting initiatives that bridge brands, creatives, and communities across industries.

This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about communication, networking, and creating opportunities that bring people together. You’ll work closely with our marketing, operations, and events teams to identify potential partners, strengthen relationships, and support community programs that align with our mission of empowering creativity and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in researching, identifying, and reaching out to potential partners, collaborators, and sponsors.

  • Support the planning and coordination of community events, creative lounges, and networking programs.

  • Maintain partnership databases and help streamline outreach and follow-up communication.

  • Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to develop engagement strategies that grow brand visibility and participation.

  • Contribute ideas to enhance the overall member experience within our creative and professional network.

This internship is ideal for someone who loves both creative direction and the operational side of marketing — analyzing performance, organizing deliverables, and ensuring every project runs with clarity, cohesion, and purpose.

You’ll help shape the visual and narrative identity of our brand — and the brands we represent — across multiple platforms.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for creating engaging content, understanding digital trends, and growing online communities. You’ll gain hands-on experience developing content strategies, crafting social media campaigns, and learning how to translate creative vision into measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating, curating, and scheduling content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.

  • Support campaign development, including brainstorming creative concepts and visual themes.

  • Capture and edit short-form videos, graphics, and photo content aligned with brand aesthetics.

  • Engage with online communities through comments, DMs, and interactive features to increase engagement.

  • Monitor social media insights and performance analytics to refine strategies.

  • Collaborate with marketing, PR, and creative teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
